Set different plan ratios for costs.#148

I think that we should have the ability to have a slider to scale our ratio on the plan,

Right now its 1:1 words to requests.
I think that if we can set custom ratio for this, where we can get more words due to having low requests it would help add value to plans for lower volume sites.
