Additional pricing option for small websites with onetime translation#167

Adding a pricing option for very small websites with just a onetime translation in 2-3 languages.

(Example: For a 1-2k website with 3 languages it is a little expensive to pay 19€ per month or 190€ per year - most of the time it’s more expensive than the normal hosting of those websites.)
